In Stock Merchandise

     Usually is processed and shipped within 3 business days. Chapmansstore.com will let you know at checkout or by a follow-up message if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock. For that merchandise, we will give you an expected shipping time at checkout. All orders are subject to credit approval.

Wrong Addresses:

     Orders sent to a wrong or incomplete address are not guaranteed. Additional fees apply to fix and forward the package to the correct address. In the event that a package is undeliverable due to a wrong address (given by the Customer) and sent back to the shipper (Chapman′s) the Customer will be credited to his/her credit card in the amount of the goods paid. Shipping and handling are not refundable.
Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of order procesing.

Undelivered Packages:

     Once a delivery attempt has been made it is the responsibility of customer to make sure the package is accepted. We do not guarantee delivery will be made if there is no one home to accept a package or if the Carrier (USPS or other Carrier) is unable to deliver a package. Some packages require a signature, while others may be left at the door.

Return Policy:

CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES

     All merchandises leaves the business in perfect condition. It then becomes the BUYER′S RESPONSIBILITY to claim for damages with the delivering carrier. Upon return of the product(s) due to Customer′s refusal to accept the order or wrong address, Chapman′s, will issue a credit to the Customer′s account in an amount equal to the value of the product(s). Shipping charges and surcharges, as well as special services are not refundable.
